RETURN POLICY

RETURN WINDOW:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

Items must be in the original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

TYPES OF REFUNDS:

Product can be exchanged for the same product, or one of equal value if desired.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase if the customer does not want to exchange the item for another.

Store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund, especially for items that are no longer in stock and limited one-time drops.

RETURN PROCESS:

Customers can initiate a return by filling out the form located on the CONTACT page.

Refunds will not be issued if a form is not submitted (and accepted) prior to shipping the items back.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns unless the item is defective or damaged.

If the item is defective or damaged, the store will cover the return shipping costs.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any information collected by XALTED (name, phone number, email, address) will NOT be given to third parties and will only be used by XALTED for fulfilling orders, improving the website, and communicating with customers.
